Wynwood 25 is the first big mixed-use project to begin construction in Wynwood, and it is now going vertical.
It will pack in 289 extra small apartments called micro-units, with sizes ranging from 400 square feet to 1,200 square feet and prices starting at $1,400 per month. There will also be 31,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 340 parking spaces.
Developers East End Capital and Related Group broke ground on the development over the summer with a $57.9 million construction loan, taking advantage of new zoning in the area.
