Vertical Construction Underway At 1212 Lincoln, Will Include CitizenM Hotel, Food Hall & Retail

Vertical construction is now underway on a South Beach mixed-use project called 1212 Lincoln.

The five-story project spans an entire block of Alton Road, at the intersection of Lincoln Road.

The project is being built with a pedestrian friendly design to encourage foot traffic. The lower two levels will have a “Mercado” food hall style area, with multiple food and beverage outlets, along with retail.

1212 Lincoln will also include a CitizenM Hotel and a Wells Fargo Bank. The existing Wells Fargo Bank will be demolished.

The owner of the lease of Dunkin D. is braving all the construction around him. Did they offer him not enough money to vacate??

Save the Wells Fargo building and the murrals.. This building abomination.

The previous design was much superior.

Looks like a prison with those windows, suspended over a food court. CRAPPY ARCHITECTURE!

Really???
Really???

There is no longer a food hall and Citizen M hasn’t started on the hotel portion, it’s a future phase.

This is the beginning of Lincoln extending out to Alton in a great way. And this block has been dead for years. Much better than a homeless refuge and will be a nice influx of people with the new hotel.
