Viceroy Residences Aventura Launches Sales

Plans have been unveiled for Viceroy Residences Aventura.

Viceroy Residences Aventura will include 274 residential condos, becoming the first new construction condos in Aventura in nearly 7 years, according to the developers.

Residents will have access to 36,000 square feet of amenities, including a rock climbing wall, pickleball courts, and an indoor basketball half court.

Units will range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, and will have luxury finishes and Miele appliances.

Arquitectonica is the architect, with interiors by DesignAgency.

Related Group  and BH Group are developing the property in partnership with Viceroy.

At least Brightline does that already. We need an east-west Metrorail extensions to Miami Beach and/or Doral as a higher priority and even from Miami Airport down to Douglas Road Station.

The airport to Douglas road would be the smartest route to add. Would create a loop that you could build density within

Looks pretty good. Looks about 350′ high. Hard to believe it’s the first new Aventura development in 8 years though.

Miami running circles around Chicago and NYC for new development ? NYC was number 1 in New skyscraper construction in 2023 but Miami took the 1st place in 2024 , I’m not saying Miami is better than NYC but it’s true that Miami is building more skyscrapers than any us city
