I like their prompt execution, but really, couldn’t Downtown get more of an iconic design for PMG’s first super tall like the designs they do for their projects in Sunny Isles and Brickell?

I agree there. A 1049 foot Muse style supertall in downtown would be a beauty.

Come on. Pay attention.
This the “affordable housing” that the English Major/Liberal Studies millenials are whined that someone should give them.
The PMG Tower in front of this, is Tall with unobstructed views. It IS iconic.

It seemed like it took forever (if you lived in one of the buildings surrounding the construction site). Are you serious??? Also, they had a huge crane fall, and the cab that operates it fall to the ground from 16 stories up! Is that how they do things? Thank goodness that this project is over! I feel for anyone having to deal with this crap (dealing with a project like this, with all the noise, traffic issues and flying crane parts!). Come on, fast? Let’s be honest. Again, let’s all be happy it is over and the gawking construction workers cam now go to another location. Oy vey and away….LOL.

Seems like a great, simple building for Miami’s core. Nothing incredibly fancy I’m sure, but you have the amenities necessary for city living.

Most importantly, it sounds like the pricing will actually enable some locals to move into the city as opposed to another downtown luxury high rise geared towards rich foreigners that visit once or twice a year.

Excited for PMGs supertall as well

Dumb and dumber name. Also, where’s the crown from the rendering?

It’s with the crown for Echo Brickell.

Maybe they could spell it “Ekse”.

Vice Miami sounded ok but X Miami is the worst name for a building. It just doesn’t feel right saying it ” yea I live at X Miami” see what I’m saying? Just doesn’t sound good at all

I wouldn’t mind living there and saying “my ex is coming over tonight.”

Looks promising, and definitely happening fast. But also remember, this was the building where the crane broke during the hurricane. Maybe too fast?
