Video: All-Glass Turnberry Ocean Club Tops Off At 54 Stories In Sunny Isles, Becoming One Of The Tallest On The Atlantic Coast

Turnberry Ocean Club has topped off in Sunny Isles.

The 54-story tower is being built at 649 feet above sea level, around 640 feet above ground. It is now one of the tallest buildings on the Atlantic Coast after topping off, according to developers.

Completion is scheduled for Spring 2020.

Fontainebleau Development, led by Jeffrey Soffer, is the developer.

Beautiful project, but it’s built laughably close to the Porsche Design Tower.

Oh my goodness… that is way too close. I had not realized how close those two buildings were to each other. Yikes… there are going to be some VERY unhappy people when it comes time to close.

Me too, but Sunny Isles is the LAST place I would put my money. The rich go to Miami Beach or Bal Harbour.
