Below is a video of the touchscreen elevator at Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum tower, which is nearing completion.
A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the building is coming soon, according to a social media post by architect O’Donnell Dannwolf & Partners. Electronics systems in the structure passed a voltage drop test last Thursday in which backup power systems were activated, ODP wrote.
Also last week, the FAA approved the final height of the structure as built.
The final building height is 704 feet above ground, or 707 feet above sea level, the FAA filing states.
