Moishe Mana’s plan to build a project bigger than Brickell City Centre in Wynwood has been delayed due to objections by neighbors.
Both Mana and the the Wynwood Business Improvement District requested a vote be deferred at yesterday’s Planning and Zoning Appeals Board, The Real Deal reported. It won’t be voted on until February.
Property owners in the area want to ensure that the plan is not “destructive” to the neighborhood, they wrote in a letter to the board.
