Vox Miami, a mixed-use transit-oriented development, has topped off, photos released by architect Perkins + Will show.
The development is designed to encourage walkability and rapid transit. It is being built just a four minute walk from the South Miami Metrorail Station.
Vox will includes a 99-unit student housing development with 326 beds. Each unit will be equipped with a private living room and kitchen.
The $125 million project also includes office and retail space. The area underneath the Metrorail will also be rebuilt with restaurants, gardens and recreational opportunities for the community.
Amenities for residents will include a pool, rooftop terrace, fitness center and resident lounge
Students will be just one train ride away from the University of Miami.
