Wall Of Glass Now Rising At Miami World Tower 1

If you like glass, you’ll love the new 53-story Miami World Tower 1 now rising at Miami Worldcenter.

Miami World Tower 1 is planned to rise 579 feet, which would make it the second tallest rental building in the city.

The first Miami World Tower is planned to include 565 apartments, 3,000 square feet of full service restaurant, and 401 parking spaces.

Nichols Architects is designing Miami World Tower 1.

Lalezarian is the developer.

The area by 2025 is going to be the SPOT

Much sooner than that. The area will be the best place to be in Miami this year.

Definitely will be five to ten years before this is all done.

This is going to be a bustling super-sense urban core, akin to Midtown Manhattan, with big draw for tourists already going to Bayside and major spots and entertainment events. It will be a convenient retail experience, being right by the Brightline, perfect for tourists!

It will also be a unique eventful meeting spot for more expensive residential areas in Midtown, Miami Beach, and Brickell.

Central downtown IS tacky. It’s the hard rock of Miami but that’s okay. It’s still fun and can be enjoyable. Every city has one and people meet up there.

The “Building Legend” on website renderings are showing a total of two towers connected together by a podium, similar to neighbouring Coabo towers. Any news on that?

…and less of a box, to not use wavy balconies as an excuse to build one.

“If you like glass, you’ll love the new 53-story Miami World Tower 1 now rising at Miami Worldcenter.”

Sounds like those cheap knock-off fragrances. “If you like Paramount Miami World Center, then you’ll love cereal box with wavy balconies trying hard to conceal it’s a boring cereal box.”
