Watch Construction At 691-Foot Legacy Tower With New Live Cam

The developers of Legacy Miami Worldcenter have added a live webcam to their site allowing visitors to watch construction in real time.

The developers also released a new nighttime rendering of the building.

Legacy is planned to rise 681 feet above ground, or 691 feet above sea level – with a unique rooftop atrium and swimming pool.

New York’s Silverstein Properties issued a $340 million construction loan for the 50-story tower earlier this month.

For every spire and crown, there are twenty Melo boxes continuing to underutilize prime real estate. You oughta know.

Melo AND Related boxes. Make sure to spread that love to all deserving of it.

Related is the Melo of “luxury meaning they build cheap and fast but charge premium pricing whereas Melo gives you middle market rents and doesn’t beat around the bush.

No other developer took the risks Melo did to build middle market rentals the city desperately needed in areas now considered prime.

Just got back from NYC. Took a bunch of pictures from my hotel room. There are boxes everywhere, but nobody cares or looks at those. They are just infill. They look at the Empire State, at Chrysler, at ATT, at One World. There are hundreds of “Melos” in the city. They serve a purpose. No one cares. When other note worthy buildings rise around the ‘Melos’, they will disappear into the background. Melo bashing is getting old and the Melos dont give a shit. They are happy counting their millions. Those guys cant be bothered with the views here, and their building designs are not going to change. They are apartment buildings.
