Wawa-Krispy Kreme Combo Is Coming To North Miami Beach

A Wawa and Krispy Kreme are planned in North Miami Beach.

The project will replace the existing Kripsy Kreme in North Miami Beach, and will also be built on an adjacent property.

According to a filing with Miami-Dade Water and Sewer, the project will include a gas station, a 3,130 square foot fast food restaurant, and a 3,576 square foot restaurant.

Wawa has been rapidly expanding in the Miami area recently.

I love that Krispy Kreme in NMB. I have been going there for years. There are more closer- Hialeah , close to the 103rd palmetto exit. And in Palmetto bay, south dixie highway.

When are they planning to build this? I hope they keep Krispy Kreme as these are the best donuts in town so far besides Dunkin & Dandee Donuts. And who doesnt like the sign in front of the store front to let you know Donuts are Fresh & Hot.

Wawa and other American convenience stores are a joke. When will quality ones like Sainsbury’s Local from the United Kingdom and Lawson from Japan expand overseas? They would also make CVS and Walgreens reevaluate their business back to being pharmacies instead of expensive 7-Elevens.

Miami might bring down the Wawa brand as tourists visit and are disappointed in the lack of atmosphere they are used to.

To which location are you exactly referring? From what I can see, there’s only one location in the south Florida area and it’s in Palm Beach County. Is there another that I am not able to locate?

That’s why Dunkin Donuts pulled out of the location on Bird Road and 826. 8 minute waits for iced coffees. Wrote to corporate after the 3rd time was embarrassing. I think it’s a Spa now.
