Site work is now underway for the 42-story Hyde Beach House in Hollywood.
The $200 million project will include 265 condo-hotel units, along with 77 residential condo units.
Sales began in July 2015, with prices averaging about $600 per square foot.
Related Group, 13th Floor Investments and Key International are the developers. CFE Architects is the architect.

I love it. Across the ICW in Hallandale, hopefully Walmart will sell its waterfront store as the area flanked by Gulfstream Park and the aforementioned tower becomes ripe for more upscale redevelopment.
Plenty of old rotten buildings around there, that they can buy up, and knock down.
I also want the area to thrive, but if they just adding buildings without buying out the existing ugly buildings nearby, they are just adding to the supply but not to the demand. In other words they are diluting existing home values there.
