Just weeks after the $50 million penthouse was sold to an undisclosed buyer, Faena House has topped off.
At a party celebrating the event, Alan Faena told construction workers ‘You will be in the history of America. You are building the best building in America, ever. ‘
Faena House was designed by architect Norman Foster. Other portions of the project, including buildings designed by architect Rem Koolhaas, remain under construction.
