2110 North Miami Avenue Project in Wynwood

Project Overview

ADD Inc’s latest project at 2110 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood has been approved for rezoning and is expected to be completed by September 2016.

The $50 million mixed-use development will include residential, retail and lodging, provide a gateway to the southeast side of Wynwood, and bring much needed hotel accommodations and event space to the neighborhood.

The 350,000 square foot project will consist of a total of twelve stories – a ground floor for retail; 77 units for lodging, and 165 residential units.

The project’s overall design concept reflects Wynwood’s character – an industrial, artistic aesthetic with concrete, untreated wood/lumber and exposed infrastructure. The amenities throughout the building will include social spaces for events and will allow for fluid living spaces for social interactions.

The developer of the building is BazBaz Development, architecture by ADD Inc, the design is by Dror Studio, and the Landscape Architect is Raymond Jungles.
