Wynwood’s Joule House Pre-Leasing 308 Apartments, Opening In Spring

Pre-leasing is now underway for 308 luxury apartment homes at Wynwood’s Joule House.

Opening of the multifamily development is scheduled for spring 2025, the developer said last week.

The 8-story building is being developed by Fisher Brothers, a fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates unique spaces across the country.

Apartments range from studios, to one- and two-bedroom layouts. Interiors are by ID & Design International.

Residents will have access to 23,000 square feet of amenities designed by Rockwell Group. The rooftop will have a pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, and a lounge.

There will also be 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and paseo space, and a collection of public and private art.

$2,500 studios. How many luxury rental units can Miami absorb with all the inventory coming online?

it needs something better than just painted stucco at the floor level. Feels cheap and like an after thought

Nothing says luxury like FPL cables outside your window

Why is there an airstream camper converted into a bar area on the rooftop…?

The whole kitsch of the “converted” bus, airplane fuselage, train engine, camper van, etc., is that its semi-plausible use of leftover nostalgia, that’s been taken from some back yard or junkyard and turned into a fun entertaining tool on the cheap. A nod to whismy, childhood, and thrift.

How the !@#$ does a camper whimsically end up on the roof of a building, though?

Miami does affordable housing better than any other city and still looks upscale.

467 SqFt for $2,537 is not what most of us consider “Affordable” Housing
