Miami’s Planning & Zoning Department gave final approval for the mixed-use Yotel project last month.
Plans call for a 29-story tower split between apartment and hotel use. The project is to include:
- 225 micro-sized hotel rooms
- 188 apartments
No parking garage will be built. Previously, a 10-story garage had been proposed, but it was never approved.
Kuwait Real Estate Company Aqarat is developing the project together with local partner Aria Development Group. Stantec is the architect.
