You Can Now Watch Live As The 56-Story Casa Bella Tower Rises

A webcam showing construction of the 56-story Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia tower is now live and available on YouTube. The webcam was created by Ryan RC Rea.

You can expect to see lots of activity on the feed. Crews now appear to have reached the typical residential floors, where shell construction typically moves fastest.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the tower took place in November 2023, and a foundation pour took place in May.

Related Group is developing the tower in partnership with Alta Developers, with Arquitectonica the architect. It is the first residential partnership for Italian design house B&B Italia.

How so? It’s literally a recycled design from Auberge ten years ago. Still, they at least tried to conceal the parking podium.

Oceania Bal Harbour = Oceania Key Biscayne. Casa Bella = Regalia Sunny Isles…
how is it possible to Burger King this mega towers as copy paste buildings?
I simply imagine that just like Burger King and McDonalds it is all about location sadly.
No architectural value. Simply developer sales matter.

does anyone know regarding hte names to buildings (Prosche, Mercedes tower, etc) does the condos pay for using the name or do the companies pay for having their names advertised?
Seems silly to pay each month or year just to use a name that really does nothing to change the buildings itself.

Looking forward to more activity in this section of downtown. Here’s to hoping Miamians don’t butcher the Italian pronunciation of this one (and Cipriani)!

Again, this is Italian, not Spanish. So it would be Casa Noiosa.
