The first glass has been installed at the 45-story Viceroy Brickell.
The under-construction tower is planned to include 420 condos upon completion, along with amenities.
It is one of three tower planned at the One Brickell complex. Another tower, the 75-story Baccarat Residences, is also under construction.
The Viceroy tower was the first in the complex to begin construction, and completion is planned in early 2026.
