The project will include 240 condos, delivered fully finished and furnished.

Over 60,000 square feet of residential amenities are planned, including a Wellness & Fitness center, pickleball court, kid’s club and gym, sky bar and lounge, and a cafe and juice bar.

Amazing design upgrade! All the new buildings around here are really stepping up and bringing their A-game. The future is looking bright for Miami.

Are you saying A minus game? Or is that a hyphenated word?

Beautiful and elegant tower.

This is absolutely beautiful…see how good a tower looks when you hide the podium with units?

This might be one of my favorite new buildings

It’s amazing how you think every building has the same set of conditions

At least this individual isn’t location biased and provides consistent comments across all neighborhoods, which makes me trust them more.

They didn’t even have to do anything drastic, and it looks better than any “mural” on a Related or Melo project.

I feel as this building will also age better with the city and creates more of a community than the large walls that surround those parking garages. “Murals” haha. Developers seem greedy by slapping a “mural or kinetic ” walls too. Kind of ruins the esthetic of a building IMO.

Is this just a rebranded Sentrall?

Yes it is.

The previous design was remarkable and received high praise, but this new design takes it to a whole new level. It’s also shifted from apartments to condos, each with its own deeded office space — a groundbreaking concept in urban living, the first of its kind in Miami. In fact, I haven’t seen anything like it in any other city. It’s truly phenomenal and exciting for Miami to pioneer this innovative approach!

Yes!! This developer gets it. We need more condos, not apartments!

I love the new design and concept! If I didn’t already own my home in Brickell, One Twenty Brickell Residences would be at the top of my list along with a few others nearby.

…and professionally network with your neighbors! Talk about living in the prime spot to conduct business deals!! Imagine going from the living room to the boardroom in minutes.

Most people living in Brickell condos where the price points start at $1m are networking with their neighbors. That is the point.

Twenty One Brickell would be a cool name too.

Very nice! Judging off of these renders, it appears to be the south tower. The north tower may still be the Sentral branded apartments. Not sure though

It looks like they just have the cars going the opposite way on 8th, possibly inadvertent oversight, but maybe there’s a new traffic plan in the works? It has the identical silhouette as the north tower, so I’d bet it’s the north tower.

Actually it could very well be the south tower! That’s even better news because I liked Sentral too. This would mean there’s even more impressive designs on the way.

Wow I think you’re right, more I study it. This is an incredible look for this tower and utilizes the open space and views along the underline.

I think there will be amazing ocean views over Simpson Park.

This is on 8th Street (according to Map) and is no where near Simpson Park.

Not here at least, but maybe in Baccarat, where Airbnb will turn it into a WeWork meets OF.

Are you kidding?
This building is in West Brickell, next to the Metrorail, and not on the waterfront.

Baccarat is is on the water, with a Brickell Avenue address, and Baccarat hotel restaurant, and amenities.

This PMG product in West Brickell will a lot like the PMG product next to McDonalds and Miami Dade College.

Jordan, or Bruno as he seems to have gone by formerly, really gets worked up when buildings in this newer part of Brickell succeed, even if they benefit the whole neighborhood and Miami. He’ll toss out random, baseless, and misleading comments, but honestly, it’s pretty immature. He’s like that guy who got ahead by bullying people or a politician who only looks out for himself, you know? I’ve learned to tune out most of what he says because it’s usually just noise. I tend to assume that the opposite of what he says is actually the honest truth.

Focus on the ideas, not the name.

I’m not worked up at all. Simply clarifying that the West Brickell PMG product is entirely different than the Related product for several (seemingly) obvious reasons.

Maybe it isn’t true that Baccarat is on the Miami River with a Brickell address.
Maybe it isn’t true that the PMG product on SouthWEST 8th Street is on the water.

You are free to “assume that the opposite of what he says is actually the honest truth”. You are entitled to your own opinions, not your own facts.

For over 2 decades, I have been a fan of West Brickell. Worked on many deals/developments there, and will continue to do so. I’ve sat in on more than a few planning meetings before Finnegan’s on the River was developed, and drank a few beers there.

Historically, and presently, West Brickell gets nothing but love from me.

The PMG building going up across the street from the Starlite Hotel on SW 8th St, and within a block of the workforce housing is NOT the same as Baccarat, which is on the waterfront, and across from the Ciprani Restaurant, W Hotel, and has a Brickell address.

There is not one single “random” thought or idea in anything written.

Now fully stabilized, X Miami is 464-unit social apartment community in the heart of Downtown Miami. Opened in Q3 2018, the 31-story luxury tower feature a hotel-like public lobby, expansive pool deck and mezzanine, modern fitness facilities, club lounge, and co-working space. X Miami delivers a social living experience that raises the bar for new construction multifamily in Miami and beyond.

PMG’s X Miami.
Remember? This is the building between MDCollege and McDonalds adjacent to the Metromover stop, that won a lot of press for their customized condom schwag during ULTRA Music fest. It had Co-Living (Society), The Guild branded STR’s and CoWorking space.

X is a great building, and a smart development. The target market is young professionals.

Baccarat and this new PMG next to the MetroMover stop are completely different and appeal to a different market.
