Miami Worldcenter is slated for yet another tower, according to newly revealed plans.
Falcone Group led by founder & CEO Art Falcone is collaborating with Nichols Architects on the new tower.
Previously, the One Worldcenter office tower had been proposed on the site by Hines.
The new tower at Worldcenter’s Block C East is planned to rise 53 stories, or 632 feet above sea level at the roof (an architectural feature will rise slightly higher), and include:
- 280 hotel keys
- 351 multifamily units
- multiple amenity levels
- 8,000 square foot restaurant
- 3,500 square feet of retail
- 331 parking spaces on levels 3-8
Most of the multifamily units will be 1 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms at the corners and some studios.
The first two floors will have retail spaces and a two-level restaurant that opens onto Worldcenter’s promenade, extending to an open rooftop
A 10th level pool deck is reserved for residents, while the hotel pool deck is on the 25th level. The 25th floor pool deck will also have a bar, lounge, and mezzanine along with city views that will make it the focal point of the tower.
Igor Reyes, principal at Nichols Architects, said the new tower would become a “landmark.”
A brand partner for the building will be announced in the coming months.
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to have a hearing on the proposal on March 20.
