The board praised the clean and elegant design of the tower, according to architect Nichols.
The new tower is planned to rise 53 stories, or 632 feet above sea level at the roof, and include:
- 280 hotel keys
- 351 multifamily units with multiple amenity levels
- bar and lounge, and pool deck on the 25th floor
- multiple levels of retail and restaurant at street level
- 331 parking spaces
Falcone Group, led by founder & CEO Art Falcone is the developer.
A brand partner for the building will be announced in the coming months.
