The developer of the tower has been rapidly moving through the construction permitting process.

Both a phased vertical permit and a site work permit was applied for this month, with Coastal Construction listed as the contractor.

A master construction permit has been in review since December.

The tower is planned to include 259 condo units on levels 39-61, and 530 multi-family units on levels 10-38.

The building is planned to top off at at 699 feet, which is the maximum permitted in the area.

New York-based Naftali Group is the developer.
